My Brew Superior Czech Pilsener

(Very large can contains everything needed - including Hop plug)

Method

Total pain in the neck to bottle as Hop petals spread throughout Wort.

Had to strain thru muslin cloth during bottling but petals kept fouling filler valve.

Will boil hops next time and use liquor or else put 

hop plug in muslin bag within the wort

Analysis

Medium to strong cascade hop taste

Would separate Hop plug and use only half if brewed again

Indonesian friend says it tastes like beer from his country
