1992
      The Lord , in His unique ways , called our attention a year before He led us to pastor VCF. Car accident. Car was near total damage. The accident almost killed Mars , myself and Marjun. I was 5 months pregrant with Marson. For the first time together, we have seen the value of each other, the brevity of life and the reality of death! Through that experience, God impressed in our hearts a desire to serve Him together as long as we live!
      We thought we were doing right because we were serving the Lord. In fact, the day of the accident, we just drove from a church where Mars was a speaker in their 1st anniversary celebration. That day, many accepted the Lord during the ``Altar Call创. There were even people who were healed (I was told later) by God through his prayer. But who can hide one磗 heart from The Omniscient, Omniponent and Omnipresent God? How we realized that God does not need our service more than He wants our hearts. We then spent time together reading God磗 Word. Prayed together regularly (which I dearly treasure), and listened to each other a lot. We knew that God has been wanting us to serve Him and live as He purposed it for us as a family. We started praying for His leading in our lives and to the ministry that He had in mind for us. We told our pastor of the new ``calling创God laid in our hearts. He prayed with us and for us. We did not have any idea where this ``new calling创would be. We did not know that it would be outside our dear local church. Little did we know He had VCF in His mind for us!

1993
      In March, we went home to the Philippines with our two kids. We told our respective families of our ``calling创 abroad. We asked for their blessing. Both families confirmed. We came back to Vienna blessed and prepared for what was waiting for us.
      In July, exactly a year after the car accident, a group invited Mars to pastor them. They were meeting in homes as a fellowship. We informed our pastor. He continued praying with us and for us. Mars eventually visited the group. Each time he went, I informed our pastor. Each time Mars came back he was excited. Until one day, I went with him and that was turning point in our lives in terms of the ministry.
      I knew then-that was the group. Mars told me later that he knew it on the first day he spoke to them! He was wise to wait for the Lord to confirm it in my heart. I cried a lot. The ``goodbye创 to the old church was difficult. The ``hello创 to the new church was demanding but exciting. Almost everybody was stranger to me. The good things was, we were sure of the ``calling创. October 1993- The Lord brought The group to us and us to the group together! Thus, VCF was born! It became God磗 family for us in Vienna. It all started with God! A Pastor磗 family of four and a pastor磗 second family of around 20 people worshipped God in Kenyong Karate Club! The need to meet in a bigger place was urgent. We didn磘 have another choice but use the Karate Club. But we knew it was only temporal.

1994            1st Anniversary - Speaker Rev. Layson, 7 people left the church

1995            2nd Anniversary Speaker Rev. Bolus, population increased

1996            3rd Anniversary Speaker Rev. Ibarra

1997            4th Anniversary Speaker Rev. Santos Population around 80

1998            Church split: Leaders abandoned the church . We were reminded of our ``calling创.
                    Anniversary speaker: Rev.Read, Pastor groomed potential new leaders with this verse.

2Chronicles 7:14 If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.THE PROMISED HEALING CAME! God ordained a reconciliation among us! Some of those who left came back!

                    VCF had to move out from Redergasse, building demolished. Deposit returned to VCF. Found Roetzergasse, Far cheaper rent. Church recovering from financial problems.

1999            Blessing came! VCS/ICV invited us to use the premises for free. Speaker Rev. Craft
