The Alhambra (Moorish Castle) and The  Generalife Gardens

One of my favorite places in Spain was the Alhambra.  It was an architectural masterpiece, a beautiful mixture of function and form.  The gardens, reflecting pools, arches, and the intricate carvings make it a triumph of the human spirit.
