CONCLUSION
Now, keep in mind that everyone has different criterias for their webpages. My personal criteria is the quick download of my website, especially the graphics. So I would compress my JPG web graphics between 40-60. The visual quality is not all that bad and not that important to me. The file size is small and download times are quick. The perfect spot for me!
