To be elegible to receive this handsome 8.5" x 11" FN13 VHF certificate, which is extreemly suitable for framing, you must meet the following simple criteria:
1a) You must work at least 2 Amateur Radio Stations from FN13, one
originating from Canada ie: VE3VRQ FN13gx, the second must
originate from America.
1b) Both Radio Stations MUST originate from their respective borders;
ie: a VE3/VA3 QTH must originate from the Canadian side.
- likewise for the American call.
1c) Valid log enteries simmilar to the following are accepted:

2) Certificates are numbered:
C xxxx for Canadian Radio Amateurs
A xxxx for American Radio Amateurs
3) This is a VHF certificate. Meaning, valid QSO's are from 50.000MHz+
4a) You can collect 1 certificate for each band worked.
ie: 1 for 6m, 2m, 1.50cm, 70cm, etc. right through to light and beyond!
4b) Mode of operation can be either AM, FM, SSB, CW, RTTY, SSTV or Packet.
4c) Stations can be worked via Direct (Tropo, Sporadic-E, F2-Layer, etc.)
Repeaters, Satallites, or EME.
5a) Once you have made your 2 unique QSO's, and would like to receive a
certificate, send your copy of your 2 logged enteries along with
$5.00 to:
