Hello Michael,

I know it is not legal for him to harrass you and you can stop him
legally! He cannot keep calling on the phone. I have had similar
encounters and feelings and I know what you are going through.

I think that the tone of the encounter right at the onset sets the stage
for any future relationship with the neigbors. I have things under
control here and hopefully it will stay that way, no more irate phone
calls. The worst thing is when my wife takes their side!

If you can work with them I can help. Because of my problems I was
forced to find some good filters that should fix the problem on 2 meters
if you put the filter ahead of his multiple preamps. See my web page

filters I have. Unfortunately I do not have any more 6 meter filters but
Down East Microwave may.
