R.S FILTERS ARE NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!! for VHF problems..... The options are limited as to neighbor cures, but the answer for TV overload is to install filters before any pre amp this is critical to resolving the problem of overload to TV.. ALL CABLE IN SYSTEM MUST BE HI GRADE COAX, properly installed and terminated . Best advice is that not touch other's TV systems.. Find a qualified service company to perform all repairs needed to cure neighbors troubles, also make it stated that any expense is not any of your obligation...... At ALL TIMES DO NOT LOOSE YOUR COOL, bit your lip and be very pleasant to the people at each occasion that are conversing with them !!!!!!! Or the loser will be you!!!!!!! As The Canadian rules are slightly different than the US be aware of YOUR position by contacting the ??? DOT and local ham's that know the proper process to resolve your problem before any further time goes on ... advice on/off the reflector should be tempered with the Canadian radio regulation's that you have to adhear to ..... best 73 tom W2DRZ
