I'm not sure why my neighbour 500 feet away is bothered by my 70 cm operation (100 watts). Only thing I can figure is I might have a bit of a fifth harmonic being that solid state linears aren't quite as linear as we would like them to be. Therefore, my fifth harmonic of 432.1 MHz falls in the upper portion of the band pass of their Wireless Cable converter, which receives programing up around 2 GHz. Good luck on the monster 70 cm Yagi. Prior the the Jan Contest I created a 16 element Loop Yagi for the 70 cm band on a 12 ft boom. It isn't all that heavy and works great. I have been talking to Dave Olean - W1WHS at Directive Systems ther in Maine about offering a 70 cm Looper but he isn't interested, says it's too big , too much of a pain to manufacture, too much to ship. Well, maybe so but I'm sure happy with mine. CU 73, Dave...
