VEDIC AURAMETER I
Congratulations on your purchase of the VEDIC AURAMETER & ENERGY DETECTION SPRING. The aura is an electromagnetic-like field around all forms of matter. In humans it has many functions. It protects us from outside energies of all kinds : mental , emotional and astral.
On the physical plane it immunizes us from harmful organisms. There are actually several interpenetrating auric fields - not just one. The causal or mental body aura acts as a printout of our thought patterns - current and habitual. It shows us how tangible our thoughts really are. It impacts not only ourselves but those around us and the surrounding environment too.
What and how does one start measuring ? A beginner will measure the length of the auric field. Where is it even or uneven? An intermediate student will notice subtleties in texture and differentiate levels of energy bodies. An advanced student will dowse for colour as well.
This spring is made of highest quality brass and wood for ease of handling for all ages and sizes of individuals.
There are several ways to use this spring. The following is only a suggested guideline. As you become more experienced at dowsing you will modify and/or develop your own unique ways of accessing extra-sensory information. Beyond all techniques and tools, is an open mind and heart. May these springs be a positive catalyst for your own self-discovery and personal empowerment.
1. Hold the spring in your right hand by making a fist around the wood handle only so as not to inhibit the freedom of movement. Your grip should be firm yet relaxed.
2. Take 3 slow, deep breaths to trigger a slower brain wave pattern (alpha). Or meditate or 'tune in' using a method comfortable and familiar to you. The idea is invoke a detached silent witness or observer kind of consciousness in yourself. 3. Another technique is to focus attention on your brow or crown or center of the head.
4. Stand comfortably with your feet firmly on the floor and a comfortable distance apart. 5. Point the spring in the direction of what you would like to measure. Leave a half meter gap between the spring and what you are measuring to allow informational movements. 6. The spring is held at a 90 degree angle to what is being measured.
7. Visualize (beginners can affirm out loud) what information you would like to detect. The spring will respond by moving up and down or left and right. Many dowsers start the spring oscillating up and down and declare this to be the neutral starting oscillation. Movements will depend on how you program your affirmative and negative responses. Alternatively, you can meditate and ask the rods for an appropriate personal code.
8. Typically, if a person has a healthy, balanced energy field the spring will move in a large concentric harmonious and clockwise circle or rotation.
9. Kinesiological and hypothetical tests are possible. Ask the person to think of something and observe the waxing and/or waning of the aura. Food sensitivities or preferences can also be found. Generally favourable foods or thoughts expand and strengthen the auric field. Negative environments can cause the aura to shrink very close to the body. A Master Yogi or biofeedback practitioner can learn to manipulate their aura (bigger or smaller) or shield it by simple personal will or intention.
10. Practice makes perfect. This is only a simple guideline. Learn from a Master Dowser if available. Join a local chapter of your local national dowsing association. If neither is available start by measuring tangible and verifiable things.
