Let me just tell you a little bit about my good friend Cathy.  I didn't think I'd ever meet someone who could be as good a friend as Jessen.  We met working together at a local department store when I was transfered to the same department she was in.  I've never met someone so open minded as she is.   I can come up with some off the wall story and she would get just as excited about it as I was.  She would ask questions, make me think about secondary characters and clarity in the plot.  Make sure there were no loop holes.   We can share our wild life-long dreams with each other, because they are so similar.  And the coolest thing was, we found out we lived in the same seighborhood!  We walked around the neighborhood at night just talking about stories, work, and life in general.  I felt so blessed, because I had recently moved there, and Jessen had moved in the opposite direction, and we didn't get to see each other very much.  Cathy came along, and I didn't feel quite so isolated after moving a good driving distance from all my friends and family.
When she found out I used to work at the Renaissance Festival and was really into it, of course, we had to go.  And those trips together spawned many new stories and adventures.  Most of the time it was Cathy, Jessen, and myself, and you can imagine 3 eccentric females on the same wave length in the same place.  The three of us together were almost dangerous.

Each one of us brought something unique to the stories we came up with.  We each had different views, unique persectives, and our own characters.  The good thing about writing a book with more than one authors is, each author can take on one character, develop it, dig deep.  It makes each character that much more interesting.  And it adds alot to the plot.  But the best thing about our making the stories was the great time we always had.  And the fact that I could completely be myself.
Through all the years we've been friends, Cathy has always been there, always there for my call.  I've lost touch a couple of times, moving, life changes, and when I finally call her, she scolds me for taking so long
between calls, and then it's just like no time has passed at all.  We're on the same page we were when we last
spoke. She's a great inspiration, when I just need to talk, I can call her and talk for hours.  She just such a wonderful friend.
Her credits include much of the writing for Choices of the Heart and she created the spoiled princess, Daenara.  She also did a great deal of work on The Dawning, being the mind behind the hot tempered Meeva.  In Another Plain of Reality, which will be out soon, she helped in the creation of the second book of the series.  Along with all of these, she's also done many independant stories, some of which will be available soon.
