A lot of vegans have probably experienced uncomfortable-bordering-panic-stricken moments when some fool 'knowledgeably' informs them that budweiser and guinness are 'strained through fish-guts,' as the version I was given went. Budweiser IS vegan, but the company behind it is also the owner of SeaWorld,
which is responsible for the capture of dolphins and orca whales, and for keeping them in unnatural environments where their life expectancy is greatly shortened and the stress of captivity causes them serious illness, physical and mental.
Please email Anheuser-Busch to ask them to stop these cruel practices, and to say that as long as they continue, you will boycott all products of the company, and encourage others to do the same.

Okay, so most of it isn't on the market in Ireland, bu better safe than sorry. So if you see any of this stuff, THROW IT ON THE GROUND AN STAMP ON IT!!! Except maybe Budweiser cos you'll end up a regular visitor to the intensive care unit of a weekend.
But getting back to the big issue, at vegan.com it says most beers are vegan so no need to worry...or just drink cider instead...did you know bulmers make scrumpy jack and strongbow as well? hmmmmm...don't know if they're vegan but hopefully I will soon.
