History: Dregnarg was born on Earth. As an orphan he grew up on the streets. When he was at the age of five, he was iniciated into the top thieves' guild due to his already superior thief skills. This guild gave Dregnarg his name, due to its unique way of using random letters when naming. Dregnarg quickly rose as one of the greatest thieves in the guild. When he was 15, the guild got a special visit from an extraterrestrial named Guldo. At this point, Guldo was only a young warrior and was about to attempt to join Ginyu Force. For an unknown reason, he promised to train the best of the guild in the only technique he mastered. A few years later, other alien life forms appeared on Earth. These rightous folks, all of which had abilities that rivaled Dregnarg, had arrested and/or killed the entire guild, but Dregnarg escaped. He quickly determined that to survive, he must befriend these creatures. He joined into the training from Kami, but when the Aethrans came, Dregnarg was unable to battle until the second fight. In the second fight, he stole a scouter, but was quickly defeated by the leader. Came back to Earth after the defeat of the space criminal Frieza, which he has said was done by none other than the Storm Riders. He now is one of the primary people who protect the planet Earth along with his allies and children.

Personality: Due to his easy original defeat, he has lost his original overconfidence. He is still strong-willed, jealous, and only reliable if you make it worth his while. He is very jealous of those that can transform (even if it is uncontrolled) and are stronger than him, and he is constantly searching for a way to get himself to transform (and altogether go beyond the limitations of Humans.)

Race Transformation: This technique allows the user to alter his molecular make-up temporarily to match that of a generic person of another race. This allows for even the ability to unlock and use racial abilities (like transformations) when in their form. This only lasts for an hour, and may only be done once a day. (May not use Transformations of the highest level when using this, like SSJ4, and can’t transform to either much larger or smaller than normal size). (Requires Shape Shift). (move points- 5)

Double Kamehameha: The user of this creates a Kamehameha of huge power, so huge that it has to be shot off in two blasts (in one phase) at different opponents. (Creates 2 blasts, each blast = 1/2 ki put in + 20% of that amount. Must be shot at 2 different opponents)(Kamehameha required)(Specific to Dregnarg)

Light flash Immunity: This is the ability to not be affected by Taiyoken or looking directly into a Solar eclipse. All blind characters automatically have this move. Can only be learned by those with either very strong eyes, or very weak ones. (move points- 3)

Vehicle Control: The ability to drive/fly planes, cars without being "a danger to you and everyone else on the road". (m.l.d.= 250) (Does not stop control of spaceships by anyone w/o this move)
