Definitely a Harvest Moon Classic

This game was released shortly after Harvest Moon for the SNES. Most of the game's criteria were based off of Harvest Moon SNES. So you can find many similarities between the two. But HM: GB/GBC had many new things that many Harvest Moons will follow, including the choice to be a male or a female. Also the choice to choose if you want a dog or a cat. Also HM: GBC allowed the option to continue playing after beating the game.

Harvest Moon: GBC allowed the player to have up to 4 cows and 4 chickens. There is no wilderness to explore, so most profit will come from either your animals or your plants. The disadvantages of HM: GBC is the fact that you cannot marry and also their is no town to explore. Its not as fun as HM: SNES, but just as addictive.

Overall: B+
