"Quality over quantity" is very true when looking at this set.
In a case with 60 pens, I'm going to have to generalize for the purpose of space. I got these puppies from a killer deal at Sam's Club a while back, and the only thing that I can tell you about the brand is that it's an "EK Gel Pen." The real bummer about the set is that most of the pens write horribly. Either the ink doesn't come out at all (in the case of the pastels) or it comes out so thick it just goobers all over your paper (as in the case of the dark colors).
The only things that really save the set are the metallic gels and their weight. The metallics aren't a disappointment like all the others, but they do have their skips every once and a while. As far as gel pens go, these are extremely heavy, which makes them awesome to twirl.
