This set looks like it's the newer neon version of my dad's work pen because of the way that it writes and feels.
What's really great, but oddly deceiving, is the coloring of the pen's ink versus the pen casing. The name of being a Neon pen, you would think that everything about the pen is neon. The outside of the pen is certainly neon (even though the pic does is no justice), but the ink isn't. The orange is a neon over, but a pumpkin pie ink color. I can do more with them because they aren't blinding, but it's still kind of disappointing.
