I'll try to out as many of mine as I can of these in here, but most are not... |
It’s so hard to contain it, To keep it bottled up, I dare not release it, I might self destruct. The pain, the suffering, It’s too much to bear, And unmercifully on my soul, It continues to tear. But I know it’s not my fate, To die with this hate. I fear for my friends, my family, and me, I know that for their sake, I can no longer wait... My hands they ache, My knuckles they bleed, But I cannot stop, The fire in me. I keep searching and searching, Just hoping I’ll find, Someone who can quell, The rage that’s inside. But I know it’s not my fate, To die with this hate. I fear for my friends, my family, and me, I know that for their sake, I can no longer wait. I go to the highest, The one who saves us, And all that I think of is, “my works are unjust”. I know that he saves, I’ve been there myself, But is it in Him, That I’ll find my true self? |
