Neo-Queen Serenity

Yup, that's Usagi-chan. Neo-Queen Serenity ... ruler of the earth .. holder of the ginzuishou. How could the clumsy under-achiever end up to be the queen of Tokyo?  I don't know, but she apears to be a very kind, beautiful, graceful queen. ChibiUsa loves her mommy fiercely, and risks her life against the Black Moon baddies in Tokyo to save her. Not only is Serenity a good queen, but a good parent too. Ok, so maybe ChibiUsa does get spoiled every so often, but the truth is, Neo-Queen Serenity is very careful that small lady receives the right parenting, and the right training too, as she sends her daughter back 1,000 years to receive training from SailorMoon. She steps in the way of ChibiUsa as the Black Moon attacks, and in result, nearly dies. Overall, a good mommy. :-)

  

King Endymion

Both in present and the future, Endymion seems to love that kawaii ChibiUsa uncontrollably, and spoil her slightly at that too. ChibiUsa loves him back, but sometimes Endymion's affections don't always seem apparent, as his is very busy running Tokyo and all. But ChibiUsa sees it perefectly aware of his love. It was because of his bedtime stories about the sailor senshi that gave ChibiUsa the idea to search for them in the past, and it was he who helped the senshi overcome their toughest of obstacles as they came to the future.
