Peruru

    Peruru is the young sugar fairy that meets ChibiUsa in the SuperS move. He was a servant to the evil lady Vadiane, who stole children's energy as they slept for her own evil purposes. While on a visit to earth, Peruru became friends with ChibiUsa. The bright, caring girl changed his perspective of children, and he decided that he didn't want to work under Vadiane anymore.
  Peruru carries a flute that bears a type of mythical-greek-like-ness, and his own two cents of cuteness pairs up well. In reality, the kid is pretty dependable and lost, but also kind and pure. His friendship with ChibiUsa turns out to be more serious, as SuperSailorChibiMoon kisses him on the cheek at the end of the movie after he gives her his flute. Very kawaii. :->
