ChibiUsa's Japanese seiyuu is Araki Kae. Ms. Araki was born on November 6, 1963 in Osaka, Japan. Her high-pitched, sincere voice and acting fits ChibiUsa quite well. ^_^ Araki Kae has also played many other roles in anime. Some of which include Akane in Cardcaptor Sakura, Miaka in Fuushigi Yuugi, Cas in G Gundam, Peggy Lee in V Gundam, Minne May in Gunsmith Cats, Hikari Yagami in Digimon (thanks Faith!), and various roles in Pretty Sami, Magic Knight Rayearth, and Wedding Peach. She has also starred in many games, and CD and radio dramas.

Tracey Hoyt is the voice of Rini, or ChibiUsa, in the DiC dub of SailorMoon R. She has spent a number of years in several schools including The Banff School of Fine Arts and the Theatre Aquarius Theatre School in Canada. She is a writer and has appeared in many Canadian commercials and has done a lot of voicework for radio and TV. She voiced the role of Princess Aura in FlashGordon for YTV, and played Keroleen in Kerropi and Friends. ^_^

ChibiUsa's Cloverway dub VA is named Stephanie Beard. She is a DJ for a radio station and also co-hosts a YTV show called "The Zone." She is 19 years old and her nickname is Sugar. She has a very sweet, young sounding voice ... in my opinion, perfect for Rini! ^_^ Thanks to JD for providing her name and outside work!
