The large gold/green dragon stepped out of the lake and seemed to let the water slip off her hide. From the moment she was born, the large dragoness seemed to ooze elegance and such poise, yet at the same time, the 35 feet long female always had an eye out for males. Good males. As Dezo Kachina stepped out of the lake, brushing her odd, milk like hair dry, she looked over at the gold/green and let out a small noise of contentment.

"You are a fine queen Kasath." she purred out lovingly, causing the gold/green to look up in amusement. Kasath got up and flared her wings, letting the light shine through her green sails. Her green crest glimmered the same dark green, while the rest of her seemed to let out a gold shine. She tilted her head slightly, and her movement seemed to say everything. Dezso let out a throaty chuckle. "You are a queen Kasath... maybe not a gold queen as in back on Pern, but we're not on Pern..." Nor will we ever be she added to herself. "When you grow up, we'll go back to the Vella Crean... you've got a lot of..." she paused. "well, they are my children, so what does that make you?" she smiled. "Auntie?"

Kasath let out a outraged noise, and Dezso laughed, a merry laugh full of joy. The queen tilted her head, watching her rider with a slightly startled expression. I'm not that old, am I? her voice was smooth, rich, with a slight alto note. It vibrated in Dezso's mind with such a richness she felt as if she was drunk. Your still going to let me participate in flights and have kids of my own aren't you?

Dezso laughed at that. "That, I promise." she said, her eyes twinkling. "You can have enough children so that you can fill a whole universe with our descendents!" her eyes sparkled at that. "And I don't mind starting now..."
