Nalor's Fall 4 : New Factors
Through some interferance of sorts, the albino'd been detatched from the rest of the group. She shivered breifly as her mind faught back to consciousness. "Fire... Gem..." she stammered, then her eyes snapped open, only to gaze upon a twisted, rippled surface of some transparent crystal.
She shifted her weight. Nothing hurt, but her head throbbed with a dull headache, one of those subconscious convulsions. She frowned deeply, digging silver claws into the ground that was marble bricks. She didn't know where she was. The portal'd screwed, and it was probably her fault, too.
"Aquaraptor..." the word escaped her lips. She knew, she felt it, that he was no longer in the cave. He was elsewhere... but where?! Where had be gone to? Lossos was his home... yet she was sure he was no where on the huge planet.
Why was she so sure anyway?
She got up, careful on the slippery ground, blancing with concentration. It helped little. She lost her footing easily, cursing the curvature of the marble, slipping, trying to backstep to counterbalance the slipping motion, to no avail.
For some reason, she didn't care to fall. Something made an aweful noise. The falling stopped. She felt no ain from the impact, her eyes gazes over the plane of crystal, and she looked up, snout tilted, to see the marble was a globe. A globe...? A... she did not recognize any continents. If what she saw were continents. It seemed there were no oceans.

Rth'serat snapped his silver snout up and snorted a brief note. The runecovered body shifted. "What was that?" he twitched, and for a moment of joy, Katy' saw some life return to his previously so empty eyes.
"I... don't know." she stammered briefly and backstepped, almost reflexively hiding behind the mage. The silver dragon grumbled and nudged her out of there, grinning even though he displeased of it. "Chickenwuzz." he commented, smirking.
Katyrrinha frowned deeply.
And reluctantly left the safe spot.
"WHO'S THERE?" asked Rth'serat's booming voice towards where the sound had been. A soft moan of sorts revealed whoever had moved had moved in pain and was most likely not a threat.
Abandonning Katyrrinha for the moment, Rth'serat darted towards the ource of the sound. Katyrrinha slowly followed into the general direction even after she'd lost eyecontact to the silhouette of her saviour. "Evarind?" she asked.
An 'uff' was the defined answer. "Dratted onedimensioners." he muttered, heaving a white shape out of the shadows of a slate and marble globe of Blue Moon, Azralun.
For a brief moment, Katyrrinha remembered Risca and Rainer. She whimpered a soft note, wondering if they survived, if yes, where they were, if they were alright, or if that was thinking too optimistically.
"Donn you worry, Katyrrinha, dear." he said, obviously thinking Katy had whimpered because of the stranger. "Whoever it is is fine. Nothing broken, just bruised of the fall. Damn lucky girl. I wonder how she got up there, though."
Katy nodded absently. She didn't care, even though something within her rebelled. She should care. But right now, she just didn't. 'Rainer...' she thought, and her heart felt heavy.

Sth'kara grinned. "Alright, you wanna know what's happening? Sth'kara's gonna tell you, but only if you listen." she grinned, almost as if this were all a game and twirled around once to wake those threatening to fall asleep - if there were any - up.
"Seth ... Seth is the firegod of this realm and maybe beyond, I am not sure. He's a meanie, but certainly not insane." she said, flapping her wings more and gaining more height. "He made Kyor crash and shatter and die."
She paused. "So much to the past. They say he was looking for a sole person and no more and ripped the sphere down to kill that person, but apparently, he could find them but not kill them, for that person was hunted by major streaks of luck. He thought shattering the Fire Sphere and over 50% of it's inhabitants would maybe do the trick. As far as I can see it, not being a native, I think they survived."
She yipped a short note.
"So, basically, me and ma mates are trying to get that person found. And tell Seth somehow." she smiled. At the same time, she paused, waiting for complaints, but before any could be uttered, she defended her point. "And no, we're not planning on giving that bastard his prize." she smirked, finally. "Us gots plans."

Mth'nian was giving both Katyrrinha and Rth'serat a good surveilling. He stayed out of view, but he was supposed to be backup in case anything severly hurt Rth'serat. Or possessed him. Right now, latter could be the case, though if it was, the host was currently speaking and certainly unaware of the guest.
Then again, maybe it was paranoia that was making Mth'nian lose his objectivity. Oh, to hell with it all.
His silver scales, the trait of the race, were lined with bluemetallic stripes, thin, but tangled all over his shape, only the main direction identifyable.

Seth left Matja'ar to do as the same pleased. He strolled over the sphere's extirior exoskeletal crystal coat, as far as he could without the tilt being impossible to hold onto. He let the stiff breeze whip over his scales and he closed his eyes. After a while of smelling triumph, he snapped his head down to one of the wounds bleeding demonoids.
"GET ON WITH IT." he snorted and received almost enthusiastically angry shrieks and chirps in return. Enthusiastic to take the place down and turn it to shards, rubble and blood.
And a few pieces of that bitch, too.
He smirked coldly.

Matja'ar frowned. He didn't like this developement at all. He'd been on Seth's side for a few eons now, yet not found out ANYTHING that could help his side.
He wondered if the others were looking for him. Probaby. Or they'd given up, in the vain hope he'd not been uncovered and maybe just killed. Or maybe they thought he never even made it through the portal turbulences. Possiblities over possibilities.
Yes, it bothered him.
Maybe now was time to look for Rth'serat.
Maybe.
He turned slowly, getting up in the effect and actually began trudging towards the other side, towards one of now countless rips.
"And where are you going?" Seth's voice ripped through his mind and his ears, so clear he wondered if he shouldn't have heard The God approach.
"Somewhere." he muttered.
"But Matja'ar ... you'll miss the hunt." Seth's eyes narrowed. Even without seeing his face, Matja'ar knew. He knew very well. He let his tongue run over his dry lips, thinking.
"Well?" Seth inquired again.
"No thanks, Seth. I've decided on a sidechange." Matja'ar said. Maybe that'd enrage the fire god enough for a quick death.
Seth just smiled his deeply unsettling smile. "Alright. You decided to become prey, then?" he asked, coldly.
Matja'ar shrugged. "I suppose."
"Does the thought of being captured, tortured and then killed appeal to you?" Seth smirked. "Maybe?"
"Maybe. Yes, maybe." he nodded, shrugging his draconic shoulders again.
"Alright. The hunt will start soon, I suggest you start hiding."
"And what if I don't?"
"I presume you'll just be captured, tortured and so on without a chance." Seth twitched. He was angry in a way, but in his eerie way, planning things no one could tell.
"Alright then. I'll go help the prey, you go hunt it.'
"Then you'll have to help yourself too."
Slowly, Matja'ar got irritated. He disliked The God's attitude. He disliked even more the fact that he was right most of the time, if not all of the time. Always in His personal way. But totally right?
Matja'ar swirled, snarled, and darted for Seth, toothfilled jaw agape. He obviously didn't get far. Instead, the firegod just smirked as the silver thudded against the spherical shield around him.
"You... coward..." Matja'ar gasped, as he finally grabbed a hold of himself again. "You indescibable... co... ward..." he winced, clutching his chest, with which he had impacted.
Seth raised a brow. "Coward, am I?" he smiled almost warmly. "There's a new one. And why?"
"Fight... with claw, you ... coward." Matt got to his feet again, still catching his breath. "Not magic." he said, panting, angry gaze on The God.
"Alright. Gladly. If that is all you need to have proof. Go ahead, make the first move." Seth smirked, coldly again.
Matt hesitated in his tracks. Then he realized now was the best chance to get back at Seth, better than any before, there would be none like this in the future, if Matt even had a future.
Future.
What was future, anyway?
