POEMS of
THE 25th CENTURY RAPTORESS
Voided
Torn
Ripped
Shredded
Shattered

Shard of Soul
Piece of Mind
Slice of Heart
Split

Yearn for home,
Yet yearn for love,
Yearn for both,
Yet both apart.

Two minds in one
One trapped, yet free.
One silent, yet there.
Who do I speak to?

Can home give love,
Can love be home?
To many yes,
To others no.

Two letters is my answer
Plain english is my tongue
Are any questions present,
Unanswered,
About the truth?

A split no.
A certain personality.
Or was that vice-a,
versa?

Mind drifts
Heart left back at home
Nothing here
But me.

I am home
Yet not

Not one

Not home

Not loved.

Elders know respect,
They say.
What do they respect?
For it is not,
This I can swear,
My soul.

THEY RIPPED IT!
THEY SHREDDED IT!
THEY ARE THE VILLAINS!

Heart shared.
Mind shared.
Soul shared.

Yes, they are great in sharing.
They share me well.

But there are not two sides to this.

There
Are
Three

And where is my part, then?
