And I'll probably get all wet, and have to walk around all night, smelling like wet fur. Oh well, Hail and Welcome I suppose". "Hail and Welccome repeats the group.

Moon Ritual...A little more Serious.
Wonderous Lady of the Moon
You who greets the dusk with silvered kisses
Mistress of the night and of all magicks
Who rides the clouds in blackened skies
And spills light upon the earth;O Lunar Goddess!
Crescented One!
Shadow maker and shadow breaker
Revealer of Mysteries past and present
All wize Lunar Mother
I greet your Celestial Powers
With a Rite in your Honour.
I pray by the moon (Take one sip of the water, then hold aloft again)
I pray by the moon (Take another sip of the water)
I pray by the moon(Take another sip of the water)
- Empty the rest on to the plants in your garden (potted plants are substitutable). Dont waste it.
- Put crystal or silver in a safe place to be used again.
Annoint the candles accordingly with these oils,
The white candle, annoint with a fragrance which you love… perhaps even a fragrance that you wear…Because this candle represents you… choose something that you associate with yourself, with being your essence.
The Green candle, annoint with peppermint or perhaps a rainforest blend oil… This is to represent the Maiden and the new beginnings, filled with promise and possibility that she brings…
The Pink candle, annoint with rose oil, or maybe with apple oil and cinnamon oil… this represents the Mother, who is comforting, loving, nurturing, and healing…
The Blue or Black candle, annoint with Sage oil or Bay-Laurel and Myrrh for the wisdom and spiritual strenght of the Crone.
You might like to burn some incense as well; Cinnamon, Bay, Mint and Rose are all good for healing.Thyme and Tea both promote courage. Chamomile, Apricot, Apple, Jasmine, Lilac and Rose are for love. Sandalwood, Sweet Basil, Clove, Cumin and Cinnamon are for protection, Almond and Sage are for Wisdom…
Place the candles on your Altar, with the white candle in the centre, with the other three candles surronding it, the candles should go deosil (clockwise) green, pink, and blue/black…
Light the white candle, and say these words…
In this time of my despair, I, (name), call apon thee,
The Tri-Part Goddess who resides within me,Morrigan, Deity of aspects three,
Most revered goddess, guidance is what I seek,
Maiden, and Mother, and Wisest Crone,
A light in this darkness is what I need,
I beg of you to help me see,
Open my eyes, and set my soul free,
(light green candle)Maiden whose soul is young and sweet,
Please show me that life is still bound,
In sweet promise and bright possibility.
(light pink candle)Mother, You who hold me safe and warm,
Offer me comfort, and nurture my soul,
Heal my heart from things gone wrong.
(light blue candle)Wisest Crone, I beg thee, watch over me,
Open my eyes, and teach me to see,
With your Wisdom, Persective, and Clarity.
Lighten my heart, set my soul free,
Help me to heal myself,an harm it none, so mote it be.
Meditate on encouraging these things into your life for a while, and then snuff the Green, Pink, and Blue/Black candles, and thank Morrigan, leave the white candle to burn down… Repeat this process with a new white candle every night, until the maiden, mother and crone candles are completely melted.
