One item that is of some concern is that the two typical terms associated with domain name registration records is not used in the online form. Specifically the titles shown when a "whois" inquirey is performed are Administrative Contact, Technical Contact and Billing Contact. Administrative contact is considered the "owner" of the site and a written release is required from this contact in the event of the sale of the domain name.
