Beyond The City Lights Beyond the city lights there is this street That I know has felt the power of your two feet Looking down you can see me crying I'm torturing myself into dying Beyond my suffering beyond my heart's pain I left behind the woman who was once sane My heart is as black as night It begs to know where you are beyond the city lights The atmosphere was intense Anais Martin kept bumping into her best friend Jessica Brenner. Jessica just kept Anais from taking her out "Do you think we could go to dinner afterwards?" Jessica asked Anais couldn't hear her. Anais looked up at Anthony Kiedis. She smiled when Jessica grabbed her arm "What?" Anais asked "Dinner do you want to go out to eat?" "Sure" Anais said looking back at the stage. After the concert Jessica went to the bathroom. Anais was waiting around when someone bumped into her knocking both of them down. "Excuse you!" Anais yelled and sat up to see Anthony "Sorry I lost my contacts somewhere…" Anthony said getting up he helped her up "I'm so sorry are you all right?" "Yeah sorry about the comment" "No, I deserved that oh look I got you dirty sorry" he dusted her off "That's okay" "Swan you coming?" someone called to him "Well if you're all right I've got to go" Anthony said walking way. Jessica was taking forever Anais was getting bored she saw someone left the door open. A mischievous smile graced her face she walked carefully toward the door then once in shut it. She noticed if she wasn't careful she'd trip over any of the cords lying around. Anais looked away for only a minute and tripped. She tumbled down right about the time Anthony came through a door and caught her "Whoa!" she looked up into his eyes "Thank you" was all she could say. They were outside and she saw Jessica "Well there's my friend nice seeing you though thanks for coming to my rescue" "No problem" he kissed her hand and let her go. "Hanging out with Anthony Kiedis you must be on Mars or something," Jessica said turning the air conditioner on. Anais was still speechless Jessica turned into a really fancy restaurant. Anais got out "Aren't you going to say anything?" "Sorry I'm still in shock" she said "Well I don't want everything quiet at dinner" Jessica complained "Is this place new?" "Yeah just built it's a popular one in California" "Cool" they went in. Anais was straightening out her appearance and reaching for the door when it opened and knocked her unconscious. "Oh god I'm so sorry…" Anais heard coming to. She looked around to see Anthony, Jessica, Flea, John, and Chad she was going to sit up. Jessica got behind her "Take it slow you could have a concussion" "I feel fine…you know if I didn't know any better I'd think you were trying to kill me" she looked at Anthony laughing he crouched down "You okay?" "Yeah looks like I'm even dirtier now," she laughed "I think she has a concussion" he said "I know" Anthony pulled out his cell phone "The least I can do is call the ambulance…" he dropped the cell phone on her head "Shit!" Flea had to call the ambulance Anais was fading in and out "That was some dance with door" the guy from the ambulance said. They left her sitting a while they were getting autographs "Shouldn't you get my friend to the hospital?" Anthony didn't know the guy was opening the second door he was talking to Anais "I'm incredibly sorry this is horrible" he said. "GOD!" she screamed when Anthony ran her in the door. Anthony went to his hotel room feeling horrible about what happened. He called the local hospital then got her room number. She answered "Hello?" she sounded a little drugged up "Hey it's Anthony" "Wow" she said, "You okay?" "Yeah I'm peaches and crème baby" she said lightheartedly "Do they have you on some kind of medication?" Anthony and Flea had a crewmember find her room then brought them up undetected. She was dressed waiting she was on the phone with her mother "Yeah well I have guests so I'll see you later today" she let her mom speak "Love you too bye" she hung up "Hey" she was smiling "I brought Flea like you asked" "I did? Two days of being in labor, one flight home to Los Angeles during the first twenty-four hours, and about two years later Anthony and Anais had their triplets a boy and two girls.
