Background: Rowe grew up with a passion for the military. He entered the army as soon as his age would permit, and he actually got in a year early due to some strings his father pulled with the king. Throughout his carrier he had shown great potential, and so he was one of the first picked by Captian Garis Cord when he was issued the order to take out Tier Bastion and the Bladenheart army. Though young, everyone believes Rowe has the potential to be greater than his superior officers. Only his short time in the military prevents him from being a higher rank. After his efforts in the battle of Tier Bastion, he was instantly promoted to captain to replace the deceased Garis Cord.
