Background: Wevin Lo grew up in Vilimea as a sailor's son. He quickly became fond of the occupation and worked to become a sailor himself. He eventually got himself in the Vilimean Army, and participated in a battle between the water adepts and the nation of Rullenfay. The battle ending in a draw known as the Treaty of Goorse. Though Wevin Lo holds no anger towards the people of Rullenfay, ever since then he was weary of them. After his days in the military he married Reala Mei and the two started a carrier service together. Ever since he and Reala Mei have been carrying people and supplies across the Deldos River.
