All climbers must fill out a Rok Haus Waiver before climbing. Climbers under the age of 18 must have a Rok Haus Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Climbers under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. You can print a copy of this waiver and complete it before coming to the Rok Haus.

PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY
There are elements of risk in climbing, and these risks can result in accidents causing personal injury, death or damage to personal property. Those risks include, but are not limited to injuries resulting from slips, trips, or falls while observing or participating in the activities sponsored by Rok Haus Climbing Gym; injuries resulting from the fall of other persons who may come into contact with me or from any falls in which I come into contact with other persons. I am aware of these and numerous other inherent risks in observing or participating in the activities sponsored by Rok Haus Climbing Gym. I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the activity. I assume full responsibility for any personal or bodily injury, death, or damage to or loss of personal property as a result of any accident that may occur to me.

RELEASE AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE
I hereby agree to RELEASE FROM ALL LIABILITY, and PROMISE NOT TO SUE Rok Haus Climbing Gym, the landlord, or any owner, operator, member, employee, volunteer, or agent of Rok Haus Climbing Gym, or any other person present at Rok Haus Climbing Gym.

WARNING: This agreement is legally binding. By signing this, you give up your right to recover compensation throuqh the courts or otherwise, for any personal injury or damage to your personal property, in the classes or activities sponsored by Rok Haus Climbing Gym.
