Down south, in one of the Bible Belt states, there's a guy called Reverend Rose. Every year, Reverend Rose puts out a list of the year's ten most "unwholesome" toys, that parents should avoid at all costs, lest their children become violent sociopaths, or something. Figures that display gruesome details and sexual innuendo (even if said innuendo is merely due to a paint defect) generally feel the Reverend's wrath at some point in their runs.
Reverend Rose isn't going to like this.
Yes, from that all-time family favorite, Reservoir Dogs, comes the twelve-inch Marvin Nash figure-- You know, the police officer Mr. Blonde tortures during the infamous "Stuck In The Middle With You" scene. Poor old Marvin comes with a gas can, a radio, and NO RIGHT EAR. Mr. Nash beats out McFarlane's Norman Bates action figure (with removable wig!) as Figure I Least Expected To See At A Toys R Us.
Actually, considering the rush for police-based toys in light of recent events, this may become a hot seller-- "Hey, a cop doll's a cop doll, right? Right??"
