Call to Worship
Leader: We are to be strong and with courage
People: For God who loves us is with us
Together: We will not fear .we will trust in God's care.
*Hymn of Praise "Morning Has Broken" #469
*Prayer of Confession (In Unison):
"We hear of so much violence God. The world scares us. We are afraid of not having enough money, burglaries, people with bad tempers and our own mortality. You have given us life and given us life to live abundantly. Sometimes we don't trust enough, we don't trust that you are really with us in all situations. We tend to stay back where we are comfortable and do not reach out to folks who are different than we are. We know they are your children, too, and we know you are with us in the good times and bad...but we get afraid. Amen"
*Pardon: God, who has great strength is always with us to comfort and guide us, if we only ask. We are loved unconditionally.
*Gloria Patri
