Interviewed by NME, Richard proclaims "we're happy to be here". About his collapse in
Kansas, he says: "all I can remember is lying in the ambulance with a drip sticking in my
arm, thinking, 'Shit, I'm in an episode of 911!' It was every day of the past six years
catching up with me at once. Still, time of our lives, this."
