I occasionally like to paint some of my pug friends pug(s) for them upon request but do like to make it personal including items that mean something to them.
This particular painting was especially meaningful as one of the pugs, Willie, recently passed away very suddenly and would be a forever memory for his owner.
I put together the painting from different images Willies "mom" sent me of things in her home so it would make a more personal painting with the two best friends on her bed. The quilt was her mothers, the lamp a friend made her, and the painting in the background is one of her favorite Kentucky artists. I LOVED working on this one!
