Bungee Jumping:
Here are some photo's of me before, while and after one of my Bungee jumps. I have done 10 jumps so far. Although I find the actual jump really scary, once I've jumped it's really great fun.

Achievements:
1. Raising 3K for Guide dog's for the blind. Ok I did get a couple of holiday's out of it but it was hard work but very rewarding. I've also raised money for deafblind Uk and a hospice for people suffering from Cancer.
2. Staying a vegan for nearly a year and I have no intention of giving it up.
3. Using Public Transport. Some may not consider that much of an achievement but Public transport is quite run down in Britain and Train's/Bus's are nearly always late or cancelled altogether. Most other people I know use Car's/Taxi's if they can afford it. Even if my disability didn't prevent me from Driving I would still not use a car as I think it pollutes the atmosphere.
4. Held a correspondence with heavy metal singer Ronnie James Dio. I actually met him at one of his concerts and He gave me a Bear hug. He says I'm Strong, Bright and twisted which just about sums it up.
5. One of my sculptures was selected as part of an exhibition in Peterbough Art Gallery. When they made the selection it was without knowing I was disabled.
6. Won the young deaf achiever's of the year award.
7. Managed to integrate 5 chinchilla's and keep them in the same cage for over a year without any trouble. Integrating Chinchilla's is hard. Even expert's find they have to keep their chinchilla's separate. Unfortunately they have recently fallen out and I've had to go back to keeping them separate.
Fundraising and publicity:
I usually like taking part in Sponswored events. Particularly Charity treks. It's a way of feeling good about going on an expensive holiday and raising money at the same time. I've raised about £3000 pound's for guide dog association for the Blind. I've also raised for Deafblind UK, WWF, and a hospice for people with cancer. With these Fundraising Events comes a lot of publicity. DeafBlind Uk is very big on Publicity. I liked the attention at first but after a while it can get rather tiring to be turned into a Helen Keller act alike. Which is what the Newspapers seemed to be turning me into.

My Travels:
I was Born in New Zealand. Spent 2 years in Australia before my family moved to Europe where they travelled a lot between France and England before eventually settling down in England When I started School. Although they still spent a lot of time in France during my summer holidays.
I've also visited Ireland, Austria, Sinai desert, and Morocco. In the future I would really love to visit India, Australia or Sinai Desert again.
Me with Mum, Dad, and Brother at Sydney Harbour. I have a lot of relatives who live in Australia. |

![]() me on camel on first Sinai desert trek. I've been to Sinai desert 3 times so far. I really love the place. Even on the 2nd journey when I was really ill. So spent a lot of the time in 'sand wind and stars' headquarter. I really miss the desert. |
Communication:
This link will show the deafblind manual which is how I prefer to communicate: http://www.deafblind.com/card.html
