Dungeon Master's Words: The classic case of what happens to an NPC when he gets seperated from his group members ! He had a great idead to step under a portculis, which was held by his fellow adventurers, resulting in him getting trapped between the prtculis and a group of bloodthirsty Yuan-tis & its leader naga

The snakes got him and chained him in a dungeon in order to find out information about him and his fellow adventurers, who were outside their castle;s door, banging at the door ! When they found out what they wanted, Linkis was to be put to death.

In a futile attempt to escape, he got smashed, crushed, killed, evaporated, destroyed, annihilated, liquidatd, brained, slayed by multiple opponents, but I think the credit goes to an undead gaurdian of huge proportions.
