Held at Hosptial Nacional Consultorio in Panama City, the

Kevin Jones, Deputy Director, Administration Operations from the VFW National Headquarters, brought greetings from the Commander in Chief Gary Kuripus and stated he hoped this would be a successful meeting as yesterday was. .
National Council Member Robert Zaher congratulated Commander Lord on this department being the only department at 100% at this time and joked with the membership.
Sr Vice Cdr Ed Lesesne briefed on the Puerto Rico pamphlet and the progress that has been made there..
Chaplain Skoubo gave the closing prayer.
