Moro is a 300 year old female Wolf God who understands human language, and is higly intelligent and very strong. She raised San along with her own two cubs. She hates humans, especially Lady Eboshi, and fears that Ashitaka might take her 'daughter' away from her. She stands up for the Shishi God even when he doesn't help them in the battle against the humans.
