It's the year 2033 and a huge meteor hit earth and there's almost no water left. A corporation called " Water and Power" has taken over and they hoard all the water for themselves. Their only threat are the Rippers (who are half human, half kangaroo people) and Tank Girl (Lori Petty)! Tank girl was just an innocent person trying to live (by stealing water from W&P) and when W&P found out, they kidnapped her and killed everyone else she was living with. She is forced to work for the villain behind "Water and Power" Kesslee (Malcom McDowell) moving dirt. While trying to escape she meets Jet (Naomi Watts) and they become friends. For punishment for trying to escape, Tank Girl is forced to go into the Ripper's lair but the rippers kill everyone before she can even get in. Her and Jet escape and they find out that one of her friend's, Sam (Stacy Linn Ramsower), survived and is being forced to work at a burlesque-ish house. When Sam is kidnapped AGAIN they set out to find the Rippers, to start an army and rise against Water and Power. Will they succeed?

Her haircut was horrible! It was like a mullet but the top of the head was shaved ^^; Also...where did she keep getting clothes from? I guess the rain lady ^^; Ah well.

Haha. This is a great movie! It's really cheesy (anything with Ice Cube at a Kangaroo-person can't be serious) and full of good one liners. DeeTee was the best character ^_^ Anyway, it was cheesy but not the bad kind of cheesy when they're trying to be serious. I’ve finally admitted that this is a B movie. How sad. It’s so good though! Because of this, the jury gives this flick:
