Sigh... this is the only decent idea I had.  Well, maybe not the only one... but the only one I drew.  Anyway... you can speculate the deeper aspects of why Dick and Jake don't have bodies... or you can just assume that I don't have enough talent/patience to draw a good comic.  Back
