After quite an absence on the net, we have found a new permanent home! Welcome back!

If you don't already know, there were only 250 of these guitars made by Rickenbacker in the late 80's. Most notable are the jet-glo finish with checked binding and "shark tooth" fret markers. Rickenbacker has issued a few signature series guitars over the years: the John Lennon 325 model, Roger McGuinn, Tom Petty...to name a few. This is absolutely one of my favorite guitars; I found this beauty at a guitar show about six years ago at quite a reasonable price and I have actually been playing this guitar a lot lately (much to the chagrin of collectors, I'm sure) It is a superb instrument and so easy to play! I can't believe that once this list only had me and two guys from Finland and Sweden! A few have changed hands recently so we've lost track of Ltd Ed numbers: 242, 141 and 46 though they remain on the list. Recently I have changed the format of the registry to keep each specific guitar's selling price/date purchased unknown (since many people were not willing to publish that info to the world). Rather, all the data is compiled in the selling price trends below.... so basically all the same info is here, just everyone remains anonymous.

So, Susanna, if you've got numbers 1 and 2...and 3... please let us know! Ultimately, we'd like to track down all 250!
