First of all, frames require something a bit newer, because it's newer technology. It's when you have that menu on the side or top or bottom that always stays there. Many people like this because it makes navigation a lot easier. I like it because I sweated over it a lot and I think it's pweetier. ^_^

No frames is the regular webpage, with no menu on the side. I have, however, made it so that there's always links on the top so that you can get places easily. This is the "unpretty version", due to the fact that I have it hosted on Cityslide, which doesn't have me simply writing html. I may change servers soon, I'll keep you updated. ^_^
