To see everyone all dressed up, instead of sweaty like we usually see each other, was a real treat. Everyone looked beautiful! Most girls brought dates, and they were all right, for guys. =P
All the coaches' speeches were very touching, especially Coach Cass', with us being her first softball team and all. ;_; And the slideshow was great, though it felt a little long for me, mainly because my little sister was sitting on my lap, all 120 lbs of her. >.< Lots of funny, cute pictures, especially of the day we got all covered in food. I still remember the smell... *gags*. =X
All the comments to the senior were heartwarming and funny, and all the inside jokes and comfortable words revealed just how much we've all been through together. I'm going to cry again. ;_;
But wearing a dress was the worst part of it! Oh, the torture! Luckily, I got to sit the whole time, so not to many people had to worry about my inability to chew and cross my legs at the same time. Thank goodness for table clothes in that respect! *^_^* Arg, and I was running around everywhere like a hooligan.. lol. At least I got all the pictures I wanted! ^_^
Thank you to all the parents that helped put together this great banquet in such a nice place, and for helping throughout the season as well! We couldn't have survived without ya'll!
