Installing the Dave Brown Controller in Windows 98 / ME

1) Open the Control Panel.
2) Open Game Controllers.
3) Add
4) Custom
5) Set : Is a Joystick
    Set : Axes 4
    Set : Buttons 4
    Name : Dave Brown Controller (any name)
    OK
6) Then Calibrate the Joystick.
