Added the blinkies section, also, a quick reminder, please don't flame me unless you have a decent reason too. I hate it when absolute morons flame me for no apparent reason. I added 13 blinkies (O.O). And another note, the 'hosting' page, is NOT going to be a place where you can get hosted, its where sites can see different hosting possiblities. I also added a new code for the 'i hate jlo' clique.
