Victoria is the all white cat that is most noticable to the audience. She plays an important part because she is the first cat to really accept Grizabella. She doesn't understand why the older cats shun her at first because she she is still a kitten and doesn't know about hate.
Her mate is Mistoffelees and her friends are the other kittens, Jemima, Electra, and Etcetera.
