If you already have all the necessary files which can be download HERE Then all you have to do is extract all the contents on the same folder i.e C:\>Extracted except for the AccountCreator.zip which we will use later and the hexed client which you will put in your KRO folder to use as the client ragexe.
After you have extracted all the files (vInstall.zip & VCP-Install-87.0.zip) Run the vInstall first and follow the instructions on the screen. Then update it using the VCP-Install-87.0. Select all the boxes in the setup screen then just click next. next.. next... until complete. No need to modify the settings.
Edit the vidar.ini in your txt editor in Notepad/Wordpad or other text editor. That is the server configuration like the drop rates, starting zeny, base exp, job exp, Server Name, Server Port, Server IP Address ... and so on...
Run the Server. Test if it will run. Open the vLogin, vCharacter & the vZone. If it run without any error, Congrats! your server is working now! Cheers! To create an account GM or not , Run AccountCreator.exe Note: If you are using WindowsXP w/Firewall Unblock Those 3 Servers or it will not work!

I forgot to tell.. On your KRO folder, make another folder named "data" without the quotes. For example: "C:\>Games\Kro\Data" Then make another file inside that data folder and name it to "sclientinfo.xml" again without the quotes...
