The 80 page service log!
I requested my service log from Video Networks under the data protection act and shortly afterwards I received it ... all 80 pages of it! I OCRed it and here it is:
The current status is that the system is still not working ... they agreed that it is probably not a line length problem (I am very near the Golders Green exchange) and each month they try to bill me for the non-existant service (every now and again I have to phone them, and then they cancel the bill).
