Abstract: Every man needs career development. This can be divided into three circles: exploring, improving, developing and ending. The students are still in the step of exploring career. They are expected that they have had a direction to reach a clear career fir their future. Conditional changes play important roles for them to determine their own career. Facing the changes they need ability to adapt toward their environment. Therefore, they should be creative, innovative, and self-working.
