Abstract: The poor parents are lack of tution fee for their children. Therefore, they need financial support from the state. Having the financial problem, in one side, some of them have paid attention to their children's education; they assume that the tution fee is not wasteful. Education is a way to improve their life quality. In the other side, some others assume that education is wasteful and it is only for the rich families. The latter poor parents in general send their children until they pass in the elementary school. The most important thing is that their children have ability to read and write and ability in mathematics.
