Abstracts: Student of Pandan Harum Nursing Academy have entry level different on biology. Objective of this research is to assess exit level of biochemistry, anatomy and physiology instructional on student pandan harum nursing academy in first term 2002/2003. Groups of exit level base of department in SLTA, e.i  SPK, SMU IPA, and SMU IPS. The results were analysed with variance analysis and HDS. The results showed that exit level of student from SPK are the best. Followed of student from SMU IPA and SMU IPS. What is more exit level of student from SMU IPS are the least.
