PENGEMBANGAN MODEL
PEMBELAJARAN SLTP TERBUKA
DI KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Abstract: This research is
aimed (1) to know the teachers’ perception, teaching and learning process,
supporting and obstructed factors in conducting teaching and learning process
(2) to find out the proper learning model that can be implemented in Open Junior
High School. The research result shows that (1) the quality of education is
still low, (2) teaching and learning activity has not been effectively
conducted, and the teaching and learning process is based on the module
system. There are some supporting factors such as (1) the availability of the
module; (2) the tutition fee, (3) scholarship and (4) the flexibility of the
schedule. The obstructed factors are: (1) the uncompetent teachers , (2) low
salary, (3) the unconducive environmrny and infrastructure. In solving the
problems, Pola yang ditawarkan adalah pola penambahan les pada pola guru kunjung
dan pelaksanaan les diberikan pada SMP Negeri Pembina
